These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and n2win ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the n2win online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://n2win.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. n2win reserves the right to refuse access to any person at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the n2win Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of Real Money and Bonus Money held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Money" means promotional credits granted by n2win subject to wagering requirements and other conditions.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by the Player in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) that have not been subject to any bonus restrictions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by n2win prior to processing withdrawals and as otherwise required.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable as Real Money.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and other features made available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To register and maintain an Account on n2win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. n2win strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of any lower age limit that may be prescribed in your local jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, not on behalf of any third party or as an agent.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close associate of n2win or any affiliated entity, including employees of licensed game studios or payment service providers used by n2win.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether you are permitted to gamble online in your jurisdiction before registering.

n2win reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Money held in the Account.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on n2win. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to keep this information current and to notify n2win promptly of any changes.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at n2win's discretion at any other time, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad or passport);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days); and
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet, bank statement header).

n2win is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All documents submitted are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. n2win reserves the right to request additional documentation and to hold withdrawals pending verification completion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. n2win accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at n2win is RM50 (MYR 50) for all standard payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. For cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, LTC), the minimum is the equivalent of approximately MYR 30 at the prevailing exchange rate. n2win does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. n2win reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits made from third-party accounts and to conduct enhanced due diligence in such cases.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and are not guaranteed:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• Bank wire / IBG transfer: Typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval, subject to banking hours.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC clearance and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Money. n2win reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will not be processed during periods of Account suspension or investigation.

5.3 Currency

All Accounts operate in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where deposits or withdrawals are made in another currency (e.g., cryptocurrency), conversion to MYR will be applied at the rate determined by n2win at the time of transaction. Currency conversion rates may differ from published market rates.

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on n2win are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus Money is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is stated in the individual offer's terms.
• Maximum bet restriction: While Bonus Money is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is MYR 300 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this cap during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may contribute 0–25% depending on the specific title. • Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within the period stated at the time of issue, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Sticky bonuses: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are non-cashable ("sticky"). The bonus amount itself is removed upon withdrawal; only winnings derived from it are withdrawable once wagering requirements are met.
• Maximum cash-out: Certain bonuses carry a maximum withdrawal limit on bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the individual offer's specific terms.
• Abuse: n2win reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold winnings, and suspend or close Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to use of artificial betting patterns, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional mechanics.

Claiming a bonus is always optional. You may make deposits and place wagers at n2win without activating any bonus. We recommend reading the full specific terms of each offer before claiming. Our FAQ page provides plain-language explanations of common bonus terminology.

All bets placed on n2win are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general rules and are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled, altered, or reversed once it has been accepted by the Platform, except where n2win cancels a market due to a technical error or event cancellation.
• n2win reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a palpable error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, suspended markets published in error, or data feed failures.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These limits are communicated within the Platform and may vary by sport, league, and bet type. Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UFC markets carry specific maximum bet amounts as published on the Platform.
• n2win reserves the right to limit or restrict betting access to specific markets, events, or account types at its sole discretion, without the requirement to provide a reason.
• Winnings from live casino games are subject to the minimum and maximum bet limits displayed at the relevant table. Players acknowledge that game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer draws, and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding any bet outcome, n2win's records of all transactions shall be the definitive source. Players may submit disputes via our support channels within 30 days of the relevant event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n2win Platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or other corrupt activity in connection with any betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way that is not sanctioned by n2win.
• Money laundering, or depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner designed to conceal the origin or destination of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a way that produces unintended gains. Identified exploits must be reported to n2win support immediately.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing n2win staff or other players in any manner.
• Any other conduct that n2win reasonably determines to be fraudulent, harmful, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

All content on the n2win Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio-visual content, and user interface elements, is the property of n2win or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use any content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of n2win;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or
• Use any automated data extraction tool, web scraper, or spider to extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n2win disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

n2win shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, data, revenue, or profit arising from your use of the Platform or inability to access the Platform;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or events outside n2win's reasonable control;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Decisions or actions taken by you in reliance on any information, content, or communication on the Platform; or
• Any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind.

Where liability cannot be wholly excluded under applicable law, n2win's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

n2win is strongly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling, while primarily a form of entertainment, carries a risk of harm for some individuals. The following tools are available to all registered players through their Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you set at your discretion. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling period.
• Cooling-off period: A temporary pause on gambling activity, selectable from 24 hours up to 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you may not access the betting or gaming sections of the Platform.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or time-limited self-exclusion removes your ability to log in and play. To activate self-exclusion, contact our support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by n2win is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, n2win collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting history for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, conducting KYC and AML checks, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

n2win does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for the operation of the Platform (including payment processors and KYC verification partners) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Please refer to the Privacy Policy or contact us as set out in Section 15 to exercise these rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of n2win's operating license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your Account that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body in that jurisdiction.

To initiate the internal complaints process, contact our support team in the first instance. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body governing our license.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent n2win from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.

n2win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material in nature — for example, changes that affect your rights as a player, the treatment of your funds, or eligibility requirements — n2win will notify registered players via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to the address associated with your Account, with a minimum notice period of 14 days prior to the amendments taking effect.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required for legal compliance) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting our support team.
